In order to request a van, please fill out the following form.
Van requests need to be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.

All drivers must have taken the van class and be on the ‘Van Driver List’ link provided online.
All state and local laws are to be followed including but not limited to speed limits, car seats and booster seats. All passengers are required to wear a seatbelt. As a staff member, teacher, or coach, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of the students.
We are a Christian Organization, and thus the music/radio played on the vans should reflect that.
Upon returning the van, you are required to make sure the van is cleaned out ( trash, book bags, water bottles, etc).
Victory Baptist Church requires that two adults must be present when transporting children.
Note Other than bottled water, there is NO Food or Drink permitted on the van. This includes the driver and teacher. Please watch all students so they do not sneak anything into the van.
If you fail to follow any of these rules, you may lose your right to use the vans.
